SALES & REFUNDS POLICY
of MobileSuitz {MobileSuitz}
If you purchase from our online store, you can make the purchase 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. At the time of checkout, we will obtain an authorization from the credit card you provide (if you use a credit card in payment). Once credit card authorization is received, we will proceed the shipment. If credit card authorization is not received, your checkout will be cancelled.

If you would like to purchase the products by telephone, our sales representatives is able to assist you. Please call to us by calling (852) 3427-8317 in our business hour (Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm; Sat 9am - 1pm, HKT/GMT+8 excluding Hong Kong public holiday).

Return & Refund Policy
All products sold are in good condition and guaranteed authentic and are final. No cash refund will be given under all circumstances. If you found the package delivered to you is damaged, please send email to general@mobilesuitz.com in the period of 3 days together with your order number, our sales representative will study the case and will consider making compensation if fault appears in our side. Subjected to the product's availablitiy, if the product will not be available in 4 weeks, we may give you another product at the same price or lower, but there will never be a sales refund. Customer may need to consider that the payment of postage for the return of exchanged product in their own expense.

Please note that MobileSuitz does not permit the return of used or damaged by mis-handle product.
* The MobileSuitz management reserves the right to the explanation and decision of refund policy at MobileSuitz at any time.

Defective Items
If you discover what you believe is a product defect during shipping, please contact MobileSuitz Customer Services at (852) 3427-8317 or by email. Such a defect, if any, is covered under the terms of your product's purchase. In this case, our customer service representative will arrange a product replacement, or any goods that has equivalent price.

Proof of Purchase
MobileSuitz will send you a confirmation of your order when your payment is confirmed. You should print out the confirmation as a proof of purchase. Also, if you have included a valid email address with your order, we will also send you an receipt when your order is shipped.

Payment Methods
Credit Card
You may pay by credit card no matter which ordering method you use (Internet or phone). At the time your order is placed, MobileSuitz obtains a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order. Credit card billing occurs when your order ships.

MobileSuitz accepts Visa and Master Card in Hong Kong Dollars

Bank-in
You may pay by cash deposit or bank transfer to our designated bank account and notify to MobileSuitz by faxing or emailing the pay-in slip. Order and inventory will only be confirmed when payment has been cleared.

US$ PayPal
If you would like to pay in US$, you may pay by PayPal by your registered PayPal account. At the time your order is placed, the amount of the order should be transferred to MobileSuitz registered PayPal account from your registered account.

Shipping Options
MobileSuitz provides various shipping options to ship our products to customers.

Free Local Post (for items below 2kgs )
Purchase of any items such as phone cases, skin, and other accessories below 2kgs, shipping my post is free of charge regardless of purchase amount. But buyers need to accept the risk of postal lost and damages.

Hong Kong Local Courier Post
This option is available for all local orders. Products shipped via local courier post are normally delivered one to two business days after shipment. This service is free of charge when any purchase is over HK$200.00 or otherwise HK$20.00 will be charged.

International Regular Air Mail, Registered Air Mail or Speed Post (EMS)
Purchase of any items weight below 2kgs will be shipped free of charged by normal air mail regardless of purchase amount.

Registered Air Mail is available to small items such as phone cases and accessories below 2kgs. Registered Air Mail normally takes about 4-14 days depends on destination.

EMS Speedpost is available for all orders outside of Hong Kong. Product shipped via Speed Post are normally delivered in two to four business days after shipment.

Shipping Details
The estimated shipment date of your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time. It does not include delivery time. Payment process will not begin until we receive all the necessary information and the full payment (or the full authorization in the case of credit card).

Payment process for orders placed during weekend or holiday will not begin until the next business day.

Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holiday.

Prices
MobileSuitz endeavors to offer you competitive prices on all our products. Your total order price will include the price of the product (on the day of shipping) plus any applicable packaging and shipping charges. MobileSuitz reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at MobileSuitz at any time.

Product Availability
MobileSuitz makes every effort to ship your product according to the estimated arrival date provided at checkout. The estimated arrival date does not including weekend and Hong Kong public holidays.
Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the lead time provided, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. If the lead time changes, MobileSuitz will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping estimate.
We encourage you to visit "Order Tracking" page to view the status of your order.
For popular products, MobileSuitz may impose limit on the amount you can purchase. Information of purchase limit will be posted on MobileSuitz website and is subject to change.
MobileSuitz endeavors to stay at the forefront of technological advancement. For this reason, MobileSuitz reserves the right to discontinue products without notice.

• All sales at MobileSuitz are governed by Hong Kong Basic Law, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.
• No MobileSuitz employee or agent has the authority to vary any of MobileSuitz's policies or the terms and conditions governing any sale.
